By accessing and using QUENQ GTA (located at https://quenqgta.com/), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Disclaimer

Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, related characters, logos, audio recordings, and game assets are registered trademarks and copyrighted property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and Rockstar Games.

QUENQ GTA is an independent educational and digital preservation project demonstrating the capabilities of modern WebAssembly (WASM), WebGL 2.0, and reverse-engineered open-source game engines (including re3 and reVC). QUENQ GTA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

3. Permitted Use & Gameplay

Visitors are granted access to play the browser-based ports for personal, non-commercial entertainment and study. You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any proprietary software located on QUENQ GTA beyond permitted open-source licenses.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to flood, disrupt, or burden the site's hosting infrastructure.
• Redistribute commercial game binaries or proprietary audio assets for commercial profit.

4. Disclaimers of Warranties

The materials and games on QUENQ GTA are provided on an 'as is' basis. QUENQ GTA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall QUENQ GTA or its contributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, browser crash, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QUENQ GTA.
